		<description>I've been going back through these old refuge blogs and been challenged a lot - I just wrote a book on one of other ones - so I'm sorry who wrote that one that has to read my scatterbrainedness.

anyway - I really liked this entry.  I agree.  and I loved the parallels.  Our church has a long way to go in this area - but I definitely have a vision for what it could be like...

I believe that there's a lot more 'regular old churches' out there that are like this then you might realize.    

I have seen a big movement in a lot of churches I've gone to in the past 8 years of moving all around --- that are doing a much better job of helping foster authentic deep real relationships --- mostly through small groups.   

but... yeah we're not near where Jesus would want us to be.....</description>
